Corey & Meg Waldrop

Meg and Corey Waldrop, the husband-wife team steering Motiv Ventures. Fort Worth natives and alumni of TCU, their journey into real estate started during their college years. Since 2007, they have dedicated their time to their passion of real estate investment and development, growing their network & expertise along the way. With the progression into Motiv Ventures, they channel their passion and collective wisdom into reshaping the real estate environment, aiming to enhance the Greater Fort Worth area and enrich its community.

Motiv’s management team, with a diverse range of expertise in investment, architecture, project management, construction, and brokerage, adeptly capitalizes on diverse opportunities, enhancing the company’s value through market insight.

COREY WALDROP

Corey Waldrop, co-founder and CEO of Motiv Ventures, began his distinguished career in residential construction in 2007. Before spearheading Motiv, he founded and led a successful real estate investment firm, compiling an impressive record over 11 years. Corey has managed the
completion of more than 75 projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, representing a total value of over $100 million and establishing a reputation for exceptional design and quality in luxury home building. He earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University and is an alumnus of TCU. His innovative approach and leadership in construction were acknowledged by Building Magazine in 2019. Aside from his professional endeavors, Corey made headlines in 2008 as the youngest angler to qualify for the ESPN Bassmaster Elite tour, a feat highlighted in Sports Illustrated Magazine. Corey’s diverse background and creative vision steer Motiv Ventures through innovative ideas and unique opportunities, constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

MEG WALDROP

Meg Waldrop, co-founder of Motiv Ventures, brings her extensive experience from her leadership owning & Operation a high-end custom home building company known for its innovative and award-winning designs to the vibrant world of real estate development. Under her leadership, the company has earned multiple “Best of Fort Worth” awards and has been recognized by Fort Worth Magazine for “Best New Build” and “Best Remodel,” highlighting her leadership and creative vision. These accolades highlight Meg’s talent for identifying and executing high-value projects, a skill she now adeptly applies to Motiv’s strategic development initiatives. Her profound understanding of the real estate market, honed since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2010 and further enriched by her influential role on the Board of Directors for the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, informs her strategic approach at Motiv. This background, combined with her educational credentials from Texas Christian University, positions Meg as a transformative leader in real estate development, skilled at converting opportunities into concrete achievements.

Robert Keeker

Robert, with 20+ years of leadership in the United States Marine Corps, Capital One Financial Services, and various entrepreneurial ventures, now serves as a Town of Northlake councilor. He emphasizes efficient processes, team culture, and excellence.

Jessica Heath

Jessica Heath is Motiv's Financial Administrator, backed by more than a decade of experience in construction accounting and finance. She adeptly manages the company's financial health, playing a key role in ensuring fiscal stability and supporting strategic goals. Jessica's insight into financial dynamics and market trends is vital in guiding Motiv’s economic strategies. Her hands-on approach to financial oversight is crucial in maintaining the company’s financial strength and aiding in the success of Motiv’s projects.

Sam Matin

Sam, a University of Texas at Austin alumnus, has been an integral part of our team for over four years. Passionate about real estate and dedicated to excellence, Sam offers innovative insights and unwavering commitment to every project. Committed to fostering outstanding communication and achieving remarkable outcomes, Sam continuously seeks opportunities for professional development making him an invaluable member of the Motiv team.

Brian Duncan

Brian Duncan’s expertise in architecture, complemented with an experienced background in design and residential construction, plays a pivotal role at Motiv. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and excelled with a Masters of Architecture from the University of Colorado - Denver. With over a decade of experience and working towards his architectural license, Brian is a valuable asset to the team. His interest in woodworking is reflected in his thoughtful approach to architecture. An expert at collaborating ideas, He applies his knowledge with others to find the best outcome for each project. Brian's commitment to design excellence is invaluable to Motiv’s vision and each development’s success.
